Small condominiums cost 275 and large condos cost 300.  Townhouses cost 300 and garage townhouses cost 325.  Single family houses start at 300 and increase depending on size.  For every 500 square feet over 1500 add 25 dollars.

Rental Inspections cost 100 dollars each.  Discounts are given for multi-unit properties and multiple same day inspections.

Environmental testing varies depending on the type and complexity of the test.  Environmental testing ranges between 75 and 200 dollars.
