Pricing for home inspections vary by size of the property.

Inspections start at 300 dollars. For every 500 square feet over 1500 add 25 dollars. Very small condos cost 275.

Rental Inspections cost 80 dollars per unit. Discounts are given for multi-unit properties and multiple same day inspections. Two units cost 130 dollars. Three units cost 150 dollars. Four units cost 160 dollars and every subsequent unit after that is 20 dollars.
3.
Additional testing.

A sewer lateral camera inspection costs 250 dollars, 175 if done with a home inspection.

Indoor Air Quality costs 225/175 if done with a home inspection.
​
Mold testing costs 150/ 125 if done with a home inspection.
​
Radon tsting is 125/100 if done with a home inspection
